A few weeks back I picked up this candle at Anthropologie while I was in D.C. It's called Capri Blue and it smells awesome...great fresh clean scent for the summer. Another plus is it burns slow...so more burn for your buck!

*TIP*
When you get to the bottom of your candle and all the goodness is gone place your candle in a pot of hot water and allow the wax to melt. Pour the remaining wax out and wash the container and walla you have a place to store your loose change, paper clips, push pins, etc...

~I am currently setting here watching one of my favorite movies Marie Antoinette. This movie has it all in my opinion. Aesthetically it is off the charts - the set design is unreal - so beautiful and pleasing to the eye.









~I think one of my favorite things besides the amazing soundtrack, which on a side note is so unexpected it works, but the color palette of this movie is so calming. Its soft and understated. This movie is pure inspiration for me...

And Sofia Coppala is a genius.

Here is my vision for this blog. First, I want this blog to be a reflection of me - the things I enjoy, love, see, do and the friends I meet along the way.

I enjoy design, shopping in antique stores, thrift stores and anything vintage. I have a special place for pre-loved things. Things that were once cherished by someone else, I feel like I can bring some joy back to the forgotten.

My car is usually filled with vintage finds and old coffee cups... things aren't perfect and precise. I'm soon to be 25 and am on a journey to who knows where but I'm trying my best to enjoy the ride....
